Metal Panel
The metal panel under the trade name S280 GD + ZM310 Steel produced in the European Union according to EN 10346 is suitable for the construction of public and private swimming pools. The panel has a thickness of 2mm and is coated with aluminium, zinc, magnesium by the method of continuous hot dipping. This composition gives the construction increased resistance against ammonium chloride and at the same time a lower coefficient of friction compared to the common galvanized panel.
Liner Panels
The Liner 1,5mm thick made of 2 PVC films reinforced with polyester mesh. Ideal for public swimming pools with high load. Ensures optimal fit even in the most demanding structures.
Construction Licences
Custom pools are built with a small-scale permit (no building permit or IKA required).

1. THE PROCESS
The necessary excavation for the pool and for the additional space required for the placement of the wall supports is carried out. Also the excavation at the location of the Compact Engine Room (one of the commitments of the small scale permit).After the excavation, the metal reinforcement is placed and the bottom well is installed. An indicative photograph of this stage is provided below.
2. LOCATION
The cement is placed after the necessary time for its curing, the necessary galvanized panels and their assembly components are transported to the site that has been formed.

3. MOUNTING
The pool is mounted with special screws and then fixed with the help of special braces. An indicative photo of this stage is given below.
4. PARTS
The built-in fittings and hydraulics necessary for the circulation of water and the transfer from the pool to the filtration complex and the return of the clean water to the pool are installed.
5. ENGINE STATION
The Compact engine room is installed and connected to the pool and the lighting fixtures. At this stage the connection to the electrical supply is also made, which is provided by the owner, with an electrical line that serves only the pool. At the same time, the connection of the pool drainage line (necessary for the rinsing of the filter) is made, which is also provided in the engine room by the owner.
6. FINAL STAGE
The space is blocked up and the surrounding floor is shaped. After the area is cleaned, the liner is placed, the pool is filled with water and put into operation. For this reason it is easier to construct as the inner liner ensures the waterproofness of the pool, but also shapes the inner surface (two basic phases in one). A basic condition also for enjoying a Prefab pool without problems during the years of use, is in this case, the diligent care and protection of the liner more than in traditional pools both during the use of the pool and during the winter. For this reason, either a protective cover is normally required, or the pool is left in operation all year round and consistent cleaning care is required.
